the rack has fallen off the wall.I purchased this to match the faucet in my small powder room. It works fine and looks nice, but it is kind of flimsy - not what I would expect for the price. I will keep it only because I don't want to introduce another finish in such a small space.Was a difficult task and there were several incorrect purchases as we aimed to find something that would work in existing hole in wall and also match towel rod and faucet. This was great - easy to install, looks good, and super sturdy. We are so happy with this purchase.What a piece of junk. We have had it for less than 6 months and the center ring has already fallen out. There is no way to get it to reattach.Expensive but easy to installVery good quality.I purchased this to match my faucet and towel ring. This falls apart every few weeks. I try tightening the set screw but the bar winds up loosening up every time. The end "ball" piece that holds the roll on also falls off constantly. When I contacted Rohl, I was told I can send it back but if they found that it wasn't defectiveI would have to pay to have it shipped back to me or buy a new one. What a joke for what's supposed to be a high-end company.NOT RECOMMENDED!
